Privacy Policy

Effective August 6, 2026 · Version 2026-08-06

This Privacy Policy explains how Eighty Automated Technologies (“80-AT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at www.80-AT.com or submit an inquiry to us. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit an intake or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, city or service area, industry, plan interest, timeline, and the details of what you’re looking for. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to provide and bill for services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and general location inferred from your IP address. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic.

2. How we use information

  • to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request;
  • to provide, maintain, and improve our services and the Site;
  • to prepare estimates, agreements, and invoices, and to process payments;
  • to send service and transactional messages by email, phone, or text;
  • to keep records of consents and agreements;
  • to protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks; and
  • to comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform their function — for example, hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, e-signature, analytics, and text-messaging vendors. We may also share information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Service providers are bound to use the information only to provide services to us.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function and to measure aggregate usage. We honor recognized browser opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here — to respond to you, provide services, keep business and consent records, and comply with legal obligations — and then delete or de-identify it. Records of your agreement to our Terms are kept for the period necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information through our forms.

8. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data. Residents of Texas, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal data and access it;
  • correct inaccuracies;
  • delete personal data you provided or we obtained;
  • obtain a portable copy of data you provided; and
  • opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising (note: we do neither).

To exercise these rights, email privacy@80-at.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response; if you have concerns about our handling of an appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies.

11. U.S. only

The Site is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. users. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date and version above. Material changes take effect when posted.
